~ Preheat oven to 350 degrees F ~ 1) Cream together coconut oil, eggs, maple syrup and vanilla extract until blended well. |

2) In separate bowl, blend almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda and salt. 3) Mix flour mixture into wet mixture until thick and well blended. 4) Fold in raisins, almond slivers and sunflower seeds. |

5) Line baking sheet(s) with parchment paper or grease. Drop dough by heaping tablespoons onto baking sheet. 6) Bake at 350 degrees F. for 10 - 12 minutes or until golden brown. |

7) Let cool on wire cooling rack for 10 minutes. Remove and let cool completely before storing in airtight container. |
