|~ Preheat oven to 350 degrees F ~|
1) Cream together coconut oil, eggs, maple syrup and vanilla extract until blended well.
|2) In separate bowl, blend almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda and salt.|
3) Mix flour mixture into wet mixture until thick and well blended.
4) Fold in raisins, almond slivers and sunflower seeds.
|5) Line baking sheet(s) with parchment paper or grease. Drop dough by heaping tablespoons onto baking sheet. |
6) Bake at 350 degrees F. for 10 - 12 minutes or until golden brown.
|7) Let cool on wire cooling rack for 10 minutes. Remove and let cool completely before storing in airtight container.|
